Pick-up & Delivery Info

PICK-UP

In-store pick-ups are available from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am -12pm Saturday.

When ordering online the timeslots start at 9.30am and are available every half hour until 4.30pm (11.30am Saturday); this allows time for us to have your order ready for collection.

DELIVERY

We currently have two delivery timeslots for Monday to Friday:

11am - 1pm

1.30pm - 4pm

*All out of town deliveries will go out after 2.30pm

**Please phone for deliveries to be arranged to the following areas (Monday - Friday):

Ruakaka, Waipu & One Tree Point. Which will be delivered after 6pm.

and one delivery timeslot for Saturday:

12pm - 2pm

*Deliveries go out after our store is closed on a Saturday

If you need your order delivered earlier, please call us on 09 4300 997 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Whilst we aim to get your orders delivered within the timeframe, we cannot always guarantee it as sometimes there may be unforeseen delays.

Delivery cost will be selected automatically based on your delivery address:

$15 up to 7kms from Wild Ivy Floral Boutique.

$30 up to 12kms from Wild Ivy Floral Boutique.

$45 up to 30kms from Wild Ivy Floral Boutique.

We use Across Town Couriers (ATC) for the majority of our in-town deliveries.

Urgent Delivery +$15 - delivered within the hour available for Local Delivery up to 7kms only.

If the wrong address is supplied, you will need to pay an extra delivery cost for your order to be redelivered to the correct address.
